You are able to print or download these images for personal use, however they may not be used for commercial purposes, distribution or re-publication unless written permission is given.

 

Product Descriptions and Prices

We have the right to change any description and specification of products on the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring any liability. Prices displayed and availability of products on the website are subject to change without notice.

 

Ordering

Products can be ordered through the checkout process on this website or by an email request.  You will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided, which acts as an agreement between us.

 

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered in 1 to 2 weeks depending on availability of materials. Bespoke made frames can take up to 10 working days to be despatched.  You will be notified when your item(s) have been shipped. If required, we will try to accommodate faster deliveries on request although this cannot always be achieved.

Returns and Refunds

You may return your item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order if you are unsatisfied. You will need to contact us before returning your items. They should be returned in their original packaging and undamaged in order to receive a full refund by way of original payment method.

 

To cancel your order, you will need to contact us as soon as possible. If the item(s) have not been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund. If the order has already been sent, you will have to return the item(s) once it has been delivered to you, in order to be refunded.

 

The postage charge of sending your item(s) back must be paid by you.

 

If your purchase(s) arrive damaged, please get in touch via email. You will need to provide photographs of the damage in order to be offered a refund or replacement.

• The Artist retains all rights to all artwork (sold and commissioned original work).

​

• The Artist retains the right to make reproductions of any artwork created unless the customer has purchased full rights to the artwork at an extra cost.

​

• The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork without prior written permission from the artist.

​

• The collector has the right to display the artwork at home or business.  Artwork cannot be resold or reproduced for profit without the artist’s written permission.​
